The cameras don't record actions. They reveal intentions. What you're hiding, not what you're doing. The footage shows my affair before I had it, my theft before I stole, my betrayal before I spoke. Pre-crime based on concealment. I'm in custody for thoughts I haven't acted on. Yet. The cameras insist I will.
